Profession Phil Cleaver, Multi award winning designer. I attended his lecture and thought it was amazing. To learn that he is extremely dyslexic and that is has not held him back one bit has inspired and motivated myself whom is also dyslexic. The work he has accomplished through his career are phenomenal and I epically like his book “What They Didn’t Teach You In Design School”. Very inspiring and truthfully book, sometimes you learn more outside the class and jumping into the work force. Cleaver spoke on how he got some of his jobs which did not always involve him applying online, but word of mouth and conversations with people, which lead to a project.
